Our work is grounded in three guiding values: Relationships Learning emerges through genuine connections. Educators build trusting, responsive relationships that support children’s sense of security, belonging, and engagement with the world around them. Exploration Hands-on experiences and self-guided exploration nurture curiosity, wonder, and inquiry. Through play and investigation, children develop the foundations that support both future academic learning and a lasting love of discovery. Intentionality Educators work with intention, making thoughtful pedagogical decisions that reflect our image of the child and our professional ethics. Through observation and reflection, we create meaningful experiences that support each child’s development and provokes critical thinking.
